The terms constitute an agreement between Heather Loewen Consulting (the “Site”, also referred to as “we,” “us” or “our”) and you governing your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you and any entity you are authorized to represent (“you”) agree to be bound by these terms.

In addition, these terms regulate the business relationship between you and programs and services offered by Heather Loewen Consulting. When you purchase any programs or services offered by Heather Loewen Consulting you agree to be bound by the these Terms and Conditions.

The use of your personal information is governed by the terms of our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible via a link on the footer of this Site. If you do not agree to be bound by the privacy policy, or by Terms of Use outlined below, please do not use or access this Site.


We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes shall become part of the Terms and Conditions and shall apply as soon as such a notice is posted. By continuing to use the Site after any updates are made to the Terms and Conditions, you accept the Terms and Conditions as modified. You should review these Terms periodically to see if any changes have been made. These Terms and Conditions were last modified on October 17, 2018.


All online services and programs are billed in USD, unless otherwise noted.

Payment for online services and programs shall be made using Stripe processing, unless other options are specifically provided.


Please note that we do not provide refunds for online or offline services and programs unless otherwise noted in specific instances*. The majority of online offerings from Heather Loewen Consulting are guided programs that depend upon the time, energy and effort that you invest in them. This is personal development work and we have no control over your choices in how to approach it or follow through, similar to situations in which you buy a book and choose whether or not to read it and whether or not to take any advice from it.

*Mastermind programs may be refunded the full amount, less 20%, if you specify in writing (email) that you wish to cancel no less than seven days prior to the beginning date of the program. This amount covers processing fees, plus time and effort to fill your vacancy.

Our services and programs, both online and offline, require a great investment of time, energy and dedication. We do our best to ensure that you understand what to expect prior to purchasing services and programs through online resources or directly from Heather Loewen Consulting.

We accept no responsibility for any actions you may take on our Sites or as a result of using our websites, our programs, our services or any information found on the Site. Information contained on this site or shared through any medium does not at any time replace the services of qualified professionals in the medical and mental health fields.

On occasion, this website and course materials may be unavailable due to upgrades, maintenance or services performed by the site’s hosting provider. We will not be held liable for any inconvenience it may cause.


All content on this Site is the property of us or the product/service owner, and is protected by Canadian, United States, and international copyright laws. No materials may be copied, modified, reproduced, republished, downloaded, translated, distributed, sold, posted, or used in any other way, in any manner or medium (including e-mail or other electronic means), unless otherwise noted (worksheets, for example).


We accept no responsibility for actions you may take regarding third-party sites. If you choose to purchase products or services through any third party through the Site, additional Terms of Use may apply. Please ensure you review the Privacy Policies and Terms of Use for each online store or merchant’s website.


Some features of the Site may require the use of a username and/or password for access. Such accounts and passwords will be created through the Site’s registration process or provided in your purchase notes. The confidentiality of both your account and password are your personal responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether it be by yourself or others. Should you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or password we ask that you notify us immediately. We will not be liable for any damages arising from your password or account information being compromised.

From time to time, we may find it necessary to change access passwords to course materials and will advise all paid course participants at that time. This may happen if a participant has shared access passwords with unauthorized (unpaid) persons.


We do not endorse any opinions expressed by users or others.


We strongly object to any douchebaggery on our websites and discussion groups and reserve the right to ban any person who does not behave in a mutually respectful and mindful manner, which is completely at our discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates harmless from any all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising in any way from your use of the Site or the placement or transmission of your material on or through the Site by you.


You agree that use of this Site and purchase of any Programs involves entering a contract between you, the buyer and our Site, the seller. The seller is located in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada. By choosing to use this Site and any information or products offered therein, you are entering into a contract. You agree that this agreement and your use of this Site are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada and you consent to the exclusive jurisdictions and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada in all disputes (1) arising out of, relating to, or concerning this Site and or this agreement, (2) in which this website and or this agreement is an issue or a material fact, or (3) in which this website and or this agreement is referenced in a document filed in a court or other dispute resolution organization. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give full effect to all provisions of this agreement between you and us the Site.
